One off Service Terms:

As a company for one off services the company may ask for a deposit payment for one off work, All deposits are non refundable.

1. Deposit is to paid within 7 days of the work date agreed or otherwise discussed with management.
2. The client shall ensure that access is made easy for our staff as any delays or waiting periods may be charged.
3. The client shall inform the company and its staff of any hazzards, failure to report hazzards may result in the job being rejected and or abandoned and still charged.
4. The client  and or company is subject to checks when registering for services, Our team may ask for additional information.

Contract Terms and Conditions:

1. The client company shall inform JM Property Solutions and Management Limited of what services are required with full disclosure.
2. The client shall complete documents with our staff team and submit them to allow us to ensure we are providing the correct services and contract for the business / client.
3. The client shall inform us of any hazzards or information that our team attending properties should be aware of.
4. Our team will not remove and or even accept jobs and may leave a job where needles and or illegal weapons or dangers are noticed and it was not reported to us prior to starting a job.

Payment to us:

All payments are invoiced to the client and tracked by our payment system, Please make payments to the following details only.

Our staff will not accept cash under any circumstances.
