Once we have recieved your complaint form and it has been allocated to a member of our management team they will endevour to reach out to you as the complainant and discuss the issues further, this is done within 14 working days.
Once the member of management has all the information they will then investigate the complaint that can take a maximum of 8 weeks to complete the investigation and issue their response.
This timefrime is only in certain circumstances and we will always aim to respond to a complaint as quickly as we can to resolve the matter.
